Diane Gray-Stephenson
Diane has dedicated over 30 years to working with children and families, bringing compassion, insight, and deep practical experience to every role. A consistent thread throughout Diane’s career is her commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion. This passion has shaped her work and led to her current position as Racial Justice Lead for the Manchester Diocese.
Emma Judge (Chair of Trustees)
Emma’s early career in HR sparked an interest in the psychology of wellbeing and the role leaders, teachers and parents play in promoting thriving and emotional resilience for those around them. She has a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and her PhD focused on how leaders thrive at work.
Eimear McInerney
Eimear is a civil servant working at the Department for Health and Social Care, as a Programme Management Lead. She has worked for several government departments and has expertise in project management, policy development and implementation.
Gordon Beach
Gordon’s background is in banking and finance and he spent most of his career working for two high street banks. Gordon now helps companies, of all sizes, with banking issues, working across a wide range of sectors.
Masood Hassan
Masood brings over 30 years of corporate and management consulting experience in Business Operations Transformation. He now helps senior executives to strengthen organisational health as well as shift behaviour to improve business performance. Masood is a trained Parent Group Leader.
Tom Pease
Tom works in growth, and is currently working for Ffern, a UK fragrance brand, where he is leading on international expansion. He has previously worked as a Data Scientist building infection prediction models, and as a secondary school languages teacher in Great Yarmouth and Hackney.
Wendy Rose
Wendy has been involved primarily in policy, research and development in relation to children in need and their families, as a senior civil servant in England and later, worked as an adviser with the Scottish and Welsh Governments. She was awarded an OBE for services to children and families in 2009.
